Dell Alienware AW3423DW

Low input lag makes it a good gaming monitor, but it doesn't handle motion as well as the ViewSonic XG2431.
ViewSonic XG2431
The ViewSonic XG2431, which we evaluated, is the top cheap gaming monitor. It is an amazing gaming monitor with a 24-inch screen that handles motion really well. It boasts a quick 240Hz refresh rate, which produces overall outstanding animation with barely any blur behind moving objects.
Input lag is also extremely low, which makes for a responsive gaming experience. Although it doesn't have as many features as the Gigabyte M28U and doesn't support HDMI 2.1 bandwidth for console gamers, it's a fantastic option for PC gamers.
Check out the Dell S2722DGM if you'd prefer something a little bigger. It is comparable to the Dell S2721QS but has a quicker refresh rate and a lower native resolution. Although it offers slightly lower visual quality than the ViewSonic XG2431, it's still a fantastic gaming monitor.
HP X24ih
The HP X24ih is the greatest budget-friendly monitor we've examined. It delivers incredibly clear motion at the maximum refresh rate and has a shockingly quick response time. It is a wonderful option for esports gamers seeking for something affordable because it also has reduced input lag.
Additionally, it has outstanding gradient handling, a high SDR color gamut, and good picture quality with exceptional accuracy right out of the box. Because of its excellent peak brightness and effective control of reflections, glare won't be an issue in a bright environment.
It has limited connectivity, and if you choose a cheap option, you'll miss out on cutting-edge connectivity options like integrated USB hubs. Additionally, it lacks sophisticated functions for office workers or gamers.
