Design: High tech design.

Aminy UFO Bluetooth headset is among the most stylish headsets available in this price range. Two main components of the glossy black headset are the main engine (and the battery). Although the main engine is small, it has a similar size to a guitar pick. It's also much larger than compared. It connects via USB to the main engine. The battery can also be used as an ear hook, to secure the device to your ear. The battery also has a flexible portion made of plastic that you can bend to fit around your ears.

The entire assembly measures approximately two-and-a-half inches side by side, and about two and a quarter inches top to bottom when the battery and main engine are connected.

Even with heavy exercise, it doesn't lose its strength.

You cover the speaker with an ear pillow that fits into your ear canal. The unit's electronic components—the battery portion and main engine—have a splash-proof nano-coating, which provides the headset with a water-resistance rating of IPX6.

The main engine has only two buttons. The controls are located in the middle of the ear when you wear the headset. The buttons are protected by a raised circle on the headset that prevents accidental press presses.

Comfort is a good feeling, that stays in your ear

It stays very well on your ear, Aminy UFO. Even during heavy exercise, the UFO doesn't slip. You can choose from three sizes of ear cushions to get the perfect fit.

A left- and right-ear batteries are also included. You can place the headset in any ear that feels most comfortable. The Aminy UFO can be charged simultaneously with the battery.

Sound Quality : This is a pretty poor

The Aminy UFO is a comfortable and attractive design. However, it could be improved on the audio quality. It is very loud and can produce a static sound in quiet times.

Tinny sounds can be even more annoying when listening to music. Music sounds somewhat distorted because the high, low and middle tones mix together. The background static is more apparent as you increase the volume.

Two Batteries Included

Aminy UFO's eight hour talk time battery can be charged twice. You also get a case with vinyl drawstring, which can hold the headset and other accessories.

The features, aside from the water resistance and dual batteries, are very basic. Although the headset does have noise cancellation, it is average. These buttons control volume and other call features. The call button can be used to answer, reject, or end a phone call. It also allows you to activate Siri by pressing it twice. You can also change the volume and play the next song from your playlist.

You can sometimes hear static during calm moments when you are on the phone at louder volume levels.

Price: A budget headset

The Aminy UFO can be purchased for $25. This is certainly on the lower end of the pricing spectrum. The Aminy UFO has some flaws that budget headsets sometimes have, but it is still priced right.

Aminy UFO Vs. New Bee. LC-B41

New Bee's LC-441 is a cheaper option that can often be purchased for less than $20.

The LC-B41 comes with additional accessories—a case, additional ear cushions and hooks, a separate wired earbud, and earplugs. Although the New Bee does not include an extra battery, such as the Aminy UFO's backup battery, it has an extremely long battery life of up to 24 hours talk time and 2 months standby (on a single battery).

Aminy UFO is more appealing than the New Bee, which is a less attractive headset and is not waterproof. The New Bee may be a more affordable option for people who value sound quality and noise cancelling, but even so, it might still be a good choice.

Final Verdict

While the Aminy UFO headset may be a great idea, it could have been done better.
It has some advantages (two batteries, water resistance and a cool design), but its tinny sounds can be an issue when trying to hear music or have a conversation.
